    在装配过程中,很多细节需要注意到,焊接、化成、铁箱图纸标准度、充电、放电阶段,这些都影响到用户后期使用时间,以及叉货的力度,正常1.5吨的电叉,起叉1~1.5吨,电流如果大了,使用时间必然少,那么叉车蓄电池容量决定因素有那些呢?以下笔者介绍几点:
    叉车电池实际表现出来的容量,取决于两点:一是理论容量的多少,这就牵扯到电池设计时的NP比;二是在理论容量设计合理的前提下实际表现出来的容量。
    理论容量:通常根据正负极活性材料的理论容量值按照一定的NP比来进行计算,这方面的计算方法应该不难找。实际容量:在生产过程中,会导致容量有偏差的因素很多。
    1、水分的控制。这个很好理解,水分的危害性不在赘述。
    2、隔膜的选用。离子导通率不好的隔膜会影响电池的容量实际表现,这就好比两方有千军万马,但中间只有一条羊肠小道,千军万马的实际战斗力得不到有效发挥。

    6、电液的成份。叉车蓄电池电解质盐的不足同样会造成容量的损失,原因同第二条。同时电液的黏度也对容量有比较重要的影响,这是因为黏度大的电液离子迁移率就低。
    7、电液的量。注液量不够同样会造成容量损失。

    8、干区的存在。这个问题比较复杂,影响的因素和解决的办法要从多方面考虑。个人认为卷绕时的张力控制是一个很重要的影响因素。同时注液后的静置时间以及预化成工艺的选择也很重要。
